Task
Students are expected to demonstrate understanding of building services by proposing and designing the most appropriate system for their chosen building. The systems include
- Electrical supply system
- Cold and hot water supply system
- Sewerage and sanitary system
- Drainage system
This project requires appropriate drawings and diagrams to describe the planning and installation of the building services to be compile in maximum 3 A2 papers. Relevant specifications, symbols, images and etc are to be included.
Reflection
This project helps to develop my understanding and knowledge of building services systems in design and construction. I learnt to resolve design issues related to building services systems in response to practical consideration. This project also introduce me the skill to identify relevant information regarding the systems professionally and in turn describe the planning and installation of building services in my design.
